1. Here the Company, Trademart.in wants to make you aware of the fact that each Applicant agrees to pay Trademart.in a subscription fee, considering Trademart.in’s agreement to process the application and, subject to verification, to provide the Service. The Fees of the Services chargeable shall be published on the Site. All fees shall be payable in advanced to Trademart.in or its authorized agents by credit cards, third party payment system (including but not restricted to PayPal) or other payable method acceptable to Trademart.in. Applicants agree to pay the fees in US Dollars or INR or other currency as acceptable to Trademart.in. Each Applicant agrees that all payments made to Trademart.in are non-refundable.
2. All fees published on the Site are exclusive of any taxes (except for Service Tax, as applicable for Trademart.in Services), duties or other governmental, banking or transactional and handling charges or levies.
3. Each Applicant agrees that it is a criminal offense and agrees to accept the legal responsibility in case an unauthorized use of credit card or bank account information is made by anyone who is not the legally recognized owner of such credit card account or bank account. Trademart.in shall not be legally responsible for the provision of any Service which has been paid for using unauthorized credit card or bank accounts. Applicants who make an unauthorized use of credit cards or bank accounts shall assure and protect Trademart.in, its employees, agents and associates from any and all damages, claims, liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) which may occur from such unauthorized use.
4. Trademart.in at its sole discretion, reserves the right to revise its Fees Policy, pricing structure, discounts and payment conditions from time to time.
